Hidden Symbols: Wal-Mart (Still) Selling T-Shirts With Nazi Insignia

Consumerist reports that 22 weeks after Wal-Mart agreed to stop selling T-shirts bearing the insignia of the SS-Totenkopf, they are still on the shelves. Read the backstory here. Consumerist wrote:

Our bets are on a hack designer Googling for skull pix, or a very subversive designer.

Why can't anyone track this design down?

Update: Consumerist did just that. Thanks to the commenter who pointed this out. Too bad the company's owner didn't accidentally have the symbol tattooed on his chest... now that would be a courtroom scene I'd watch! Tattoo artist: "But I saw it in a European trend magazine!"

It was a hack designer in Florida. Ironically, he's Jewish.
